About Our Founder
Founder of Support to Soar, Charlie-Sam Newman, knows what it feels like to be underestimated. Her journey has included time in prison, being exposed to domestic abuse, experiences of homelessness and a long term relationship with depression. Those challenges however, did not define her; they gave her empathy, resilience and a genuine determination to use her experiences to lift others up.
Today, she brings that lived experience together with years of professional expertise as a coach, facilitator and consultant. Her mission with Support to Soar is simple: to empower individuals and organisations to reach their true potential. Whether it’s supporting senior leaders to shift culture and build inclusive, high performing teams that achieve results with purpose, or working with someone rebuilding their life.
Charlie was recently featured on the podcast ‘Life After Prison’. For a deeper understanding of her experience, story and to really see where her passion comes from – you can watch the podcast below.
A message from Charlie
Support to Soar is more than a brand. It’s a movement for positive change. Proof that when we combine courage, compassion and action, we can achieve extraordinary things.
I bring energy, creativity and authenticity into every room I step into. I’m not one for sugar coating – expect honesty, healthy challenge and a down to earth approach that gets people talking, thinking and growing. I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can be themselves, where leaders embrace openness and where organisations see that inclusion and performance go hand in hand.
Connect with me on LinkedIn or Instagram, I’m always open to chat.
Empowering individuals and organisations to create change that lasts and matters.
